Due to the expansion in the economy of the country a lot of development is now seen in the real estate market of Ukraine. Since mortgages and bank loans can be accessed easily, opportunities of investment have increased, besides the per capita income increase, making investing in Ukraine real estate markets very lucrative. In case a buyer is married and comes to Ukraine without the spouse with the intent of buying property, then in such a case a matrimony certificate copy is required, passport copy of the spouse and permission of the spouse for buying real estate in Ukraine in the form of a notarized document. Reasons for investing in Ukraine real estate markets are many. On apartments there are no capital gains, inheritance tax is just one percent, lower costs prevail for this non European Union country, property rates are affordable and no taxes to be paid for property ownership. The lures are a many as there are investors today. The increased development of the real estate industry has attracted major investors from all over Europe. This has led to a lot of foreign capital being invested into the major Ukrainian cities which has led to a rapid rise in the Tourism sector as well.
